About Me
Hi, I’m Brooke.
I’m a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner based in Toronto and a proud member of OSTCAN. I hold a Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, where I completed over 4,200 hours of academic training and 1,500 hours of hands-on clinical practice.
I believe every body has an innate ability to heal and self-regulate when given the right support. My treatments take a gentle, hands-on approach that looks beyond symptoms to identify and address the root cause of pain or dysfunction. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic tension, or simply looking to restore balance, my goal is to help your body move freely again—releasing restrictions, improving circulation, and supporting optimal function of the nerves, arteries, veins, and lymphatics.
Whether you’re healing from an injury, navigating chronic discomfort, or simply wanting to feel more at ease in your body, each treatment is designed to help restore natural motion, ease restriction, and improve circulation throughout the nerves, arteries, veins, and lymphatics. My goal is to help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm so you can move—and live, with greater comfort and balance.
Osteopathy is for everyone, and no two treatments are ever the same. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals—whether that means improving mobility, reducing pain, easing stress, or simply helping you feel more at home in your body. I take the time to listen, understand, and work with you so that together we can create meaningful, lasting change.
At the heart of my practice is a genuine care for the people I work with. Nothing makes me happier than helping someone move more freely, feel more comfortable in their body, and regain the energy to do the things they love.
I’d love to meet you and support you on your journey to better health, balance, and well-being.
